Country Arts WA is the state's peak body for regional arts and culture and invites applications from focused, motivated and suitably qualified people with strong leadership skills for the position of General Manager.

Reporting to the CEO, applicants must have demonstrated business acumen including strong financial skills, strategic planning and development skills, oral and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a creative and dynamic environment. They will work closely with the Board, CEO, staff and stakeholders and must have excellent leadership, HR and team building skills. The General Manager will be second-in-command and will work closely with the CEO to implement Country Arts WA's new vision and strategic plan. Experience in the arts or related field will be highly regarded. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are encouraged to apply.
