Flinders University and Ananguku Arts and Palya Foundation Scholarship

The Flinders University Faculty of Health Sciences, Social Health Sciences Unit in conjunction with Ananguku Arts and the Palya Foundation is offering a three year PHD scholarship to investigate the health promoting capacity of art centres in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yangkunytjatjara Lands.

The research project is a mixed methods study and will require substantial field work on site and relocation to Flinders University for the three years of study.The PhD scholarships will initially be awarded for a maximum of three years.

The PhD scholarship candidate will be expected to have completed an undergraduate degree with Honours (1st or 2nd Class) or a Masters degree with at least 18 units of research.

Candidates with qualifications in Fine Art, Community Development, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or related fields are invited to apply.

Indigenous candidates are especially invited to apply.
