Make your mark in the Mid West! Wirnda Barna Artists are seeking an Aboriginal Art Centre Manager.

At only one year old, Wirnda Barna Art Centre is one of Australia's newest Aboriginal- owned and governed art centres. Based in Mt Magnet WA; Wirnda Barna Artists Inc. works supports artists across the Mid-West region of WA in the communities of Cue, Meekatharra, Mount Magnet, Sandstone, Yalgoo, Karalundi School and Yulga Jinna.

Wirnda Barna Artists requires a highly skilled and energetic Manager capable of maintaining and developing its reputation while supporting the cultural, social and artistic priorities of local Aboriginal people.

Strong business administration skills, a commitment to the advancement of Aboriginal culture, and experience in the visual arts industry are essential.

Wirnda Barna Artists is an incorporated Aboriginal art centre. The position offers the satisfaction of working with a dynamic group of artists; industry competitive salary; use of work vehicle; access to salary sacrifice; and the opportunity to live and work in the heart of Wildflower country - 560km north of Perth (straight up the Great Northern Highway) and only 350 km from the beautiful coastline of Geraldton.
