Entry forms are now available for the Belle Arti $5000 acquistive prize run by Chapman and Bailey (fine art framers). Artworks must be produced using a 40 x 40 cm stretched linen supplied by Chapman & Bailey.

The 2010 Belle Arti - Chapman Bailey Art Award exhibition will take place at Metro Arts, Brisbane.

The judges for the Belle Arti - Chapman and Bailey Art Award 2010 will be Simon Wright, Director of Queensland College of Art Gallery, Griffith University and Judy Watson, Artist.

The Italian company P.E.R Belle Arti is a preparer of some of the world's finest linens and cottons and Chapman and Bailey distribute these products throughout Australia. All artworks are finished on stretched linen measuring 40cm x 40cm. The stretched linen has been supplied by Chapman and Bailey as part of the entry fee.

The prize is not limited to painters as we have stressed that any medium can be used on the linen. Belle Arti - Chapman and Bailey Art Award 2010 Works on primed linen  is a $5000 acquisitive award. To download an entry form see the Chapman & Bailey website.
